Druid Hills Presbyterian Church - Atlanta, Georgia
In the 2006, we were contacted by Druid Hills Presbyterian Church to inspect and present
recommendations to the congregation for the future of their historic pipe organ. The organ was built by the venerable
Aeolian-Skinner firm of Boston, Massachusetts in 1940. Upon our inspection we found the organ in good condition, only
needing releathering of the note pouches and reservoirs.
We were honored to have been contracted by the church in early 2006 to begin a phased restoration of this
instrument to return it to its original condition. With this restoration, no tonal changes will be made at this time to
this historic instrument.
